The Challenge
Tenpower’s new Malaysian facility required a fully automated logistics backbone capable of handling complex battery production flows across multiple workshop stages. The core challenge lay in non-standard customization and integration: every line had to be engineered around the plant’s unique layout, while also ensuring interoperability with the client’s existing MES, mobile robots, and automated guided vehicles. In addition, the project demanded a technological leap forward compared to Tenpower’s previous factories, both in functionality and in scalability.
